Abundance

This print is inspired by an 18th century German design, in which a large urn supports the growth of a variety of stylized flowers, with grapes giving a nod to ancient cornucopia.

These are printed from a hand carved cherry wood block and printed with vegetable-based archival inks on 100% cotton handmade paper. We dyed the paper with genuine indigo, and gilded the print with metallic powder. Read more about our materials and process here.

Purple prints are made with non-indigo dye.

Prints are hand printed on our printing press from 1910.

Signed & numbered editions of 32.

Approx. 17" x 13"

Available framed in our STL Store and at in-person events.
