This pattern comes from early 1900s Dutch endpapers, which contrast greatly with the Victorian style which tends to be more common during this era.
These notebooks are letterpress printed using our Chandler & Price printing press from 1922. Each notebook requires three separate printing processes, one for each of the three ink colors.
Cover paper is sourced from local Michigan business French Paper Co., who use hydro-electric power. Interior paper is Mohawk Superfine, some of the best and most versatile writing paper in existence. Read more about our materials.

I bought this notebook for my refillable journal. It fits really well and the paper/binding is so high quality. It feels luscious to write on and holds ink so well. I'm also just completely obsessed with the cover design. My only wish would be a dotted pages option! 10/10 would recommend.
